Here to Guide You

I am honored to be a part of my clients' healing process and feel lucky to work in a profession that I am so passionate about. My background is in social work; promoting social justice is an important part of my life, and practice. I am particularly sensitive to the power imbalance between client and therapist, and pull from my social work background to ensure sessions are collaborative and clients' needs are prioritized.

A little about me: I am a proud local Austinite since 2000, but hail originally from New York. When not working, I spend time outside with my dog, hiking, climbing, dancing, listening to live music, or spending quality time with my friends and family!
